Lara Taubner, PhD.  

A dynamic analytical chemist with experience working in a regulated environment and a passion for producing high quality data. Experience in high pressure, short turn-around time, accurate results with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. As lab director of small analytical laboratory, she managed a team of four dedicated scientists and laboratory technicians. Has vast technological experience working with a wide variety of instrumentation that includes equipment repair, maintenance and troubleshooting skills. Has developed and validated novels analytical methods and implemented key ongoing Quality control activities. Organizational skills include time management and attention to detail that allowed her lab to be the first state certified laboratory and the successfully completion audits . Lara has an in-depth understanding of a wide variety of biologically relevant molecules and their characterization, purification, and analysis. 



Chief Scientist

  

Randy Oliver's professional  interests are in  analytical chemistry, process development and manufacturing in compliant environments.  He takes pride in being  a hands-on scientist who designs and implements new processes in manufacturing facilities and laboratories. First trained at UMKC then Zymogenetics then at GlaxoSmithKline, he was part of the team involved in the development and manufacturing of three pharmaceuticals currently on the market.  As Sativa Analyticas Chief he consults and develops products. In each laboratory Randy has set up, Analytical 360 (2010), Sativa Botanicals  hemp processing (201x), the Hollingbery Hops QC lab (2014), 3B Analytical in Oregon (2015), 2 River laboratories in California (2017), and Fidelity Diagnostics in Missoula (2019), he strives to reliably produce accurate data/products and maintain compliance so that these clients can be competitive in this brand new sector.
